How quickly are purchases delivered?

Most eligible game-server commands are delivered shortly after Tebex confirms payment. Delivery can take a few minutes during outages, restarts, or connection issues.

Which account receives the package?

The Minecraft account used to log in to the store receives the package. Confirm the username before checkout.

How do rank kits and reclaims work?

Each permanent rank package grants the normal rank plus its matching hidden reward entitlement. For example, King grants the King rank and the King kit/reclaim entitlement. It does not automatically unlock lower-rank kits or reclaims.

Do higher ranks keep normal lower-rank perks?

Yes. Normal donor conveniences and hierarchy-based perks continue to inherit through LuckPerms. Exact kits and reclaims are separate.

What happens when I upgrade?

The Ranks category uses cumulative pricing, so eligible customers pay the difference between ranks instead of paying the full price again.

Join discord.gg/thearcane, create a purchase support ticket, and include your in-game name and Tebex transaction ID.
