For missing delivery, an incorrect account, or a package question, join discord.gg/thearcane and create a purchase support ticket.

Include the following:

• Your Minecraft username
• Your Tebex transaction ID
• The package name
• A short explanation of the issue

Never post payment details, private account information, passwords, or API keys in a public channel.
